Prawdzic Resort&Wellness organizes family celebrations and corporate meetings in Gdańsk’s Jelitkowo district, 100 meters from the beach. Each begins by discussing guest numbers, budget and time of day, which determine the room. We provide waiter service, a kitchen-prepared menu, room preparation and post-event cleaning. We host intimate christenings and first birthdays; First Communion celebrations; birthdays and jubilees, from intimate lunches to larger celebrations; wedding anniversaries and reunions; corporate meetings, conferences and business dinners; and receptions after funeral ceremonies. The event type determines timing, food, serving style and table layout. We always ask: how many guests, at what time and which serving style? A family celebration with children needs a different space from an adults-only evening event. . Banquet hall in Gdańsk: spaces available A banquet hall should accommodate all guests, have nearby kitchen facilities and allow flexible table arrangements. We offer several room sizes, including the Pearl Room and Royal Room. The Royal Room is our largest and is recommended for larger events. Exact capacity is confirmed at booking because it depends on table layout. Pearl Room: intimate family celebrations. Royal Room: larger celebrations. Restaurant area: served or buffet receptions with table reservations. A served layout accommodates fewer guests than a buffet layout, so capacity varies by serving style. When planning, provide both guest numbers and the preferred style: served or buffet. Event room or restaurant room: what to choose? An event room is reserved exclusively for your guests. A restaurant room is part of the venue, with regular restaurant activity nearby. A private room usually suits family celebrations better, allowing speeches, music and children’s freedom; a separated restaurant section suits smaller meetings. Private room: privacy, dedicated service and freedom with volume. Restaurant area: smaller groups and shorter meetings. Garden: seasonal events, guest welcomes and photo sessions. Royal Room: recommended for larger family celebrations. A room ideal for an intimate event may be too small for a larger celebration. Christenings, First Communions and family celebrations Family celebrations need space comfortable for children and older generations. Christenings usually occur at lunchtime and last several hours, so an intimate room with garden access works well. First Communions take place in May and June, when weekend dates fill fastest. Christenings and first birthdays: intimate room, lunch menu and garden access. First Communions: space for play. Jubilees and anniversaries: served or buffet receptions. Family reunions: flexible hours. Room size matters, but children also need space outside the celebration room. The playroom and garden provide it, letting parents remain peacefully at the table. Children use the play area under adult supervision. Jubilees, birthdays and anniversaries We organize birthdays and jubilees as intimate lunches or larger, longer celebrations. Milestone anniversaries usually need a larger room, cake and space for speeches; intimate meetings need only a well-arranged table. Decorations are agreed with you, and for larger events we can help contact trusted suppliers. Frequently ordered extras are live music, a photographer and a children’s entertainer. Intimate family lunch: 3 to 5 hours, depending on the selected menu. Evening event: buffet and longer meeting format. Wedding anniversary: decorations and menu matched to the theme. Additional service: photographer. Describe desired arrangements at the first meeting because some solutions require advance booking, especially cakes, flowers and room decorations. Hen parties and group meetings Hen parties, stag parties and similar group meetings are arranged individually because the property is family-oriented. We consider hours, noise level and whether the group stays overnight, agreeing rules before arrival to protect all Guests’ comfort. Smaller groups are easier to accommodate in a private room than in the restaurant area. Agree hours and rules before booking; choose private space instead of a shared area; combine with accommodation if desired; select a buffet or finger-food menu. Groups booking rooms should notify us in advance because accommodation sells out fastest in high season. Each group needs a different arrangement according to guest numbers and time of day. Reception will advise which dates offer the greatest flexibility. Conferences and corporate meetings Conferences and corporate meetings use the family-celebration rooms with different layouts. Available options include conference arrangements, coffee breaks, and restaurant lunch or dinner. The sea’s proximity lets participants spend breaks walking rather than in a corridor. a private sauna private sauna Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 to 10:30, so the morning after the event is relaxed. Guests also have access to the indoor pool and sauna area, available to adults only.
Gdańsk: a conveniently located event venue
Gdańsk offers event venues in many settings: central locations, properties on the outskirts and places right by the sea. Each option means different travel arrangements for guests. Prawdzic is in Jelitkowo, on the border with Sopot, conveniently located for guests from the Tri-City area and beyond. Tram and bus stops are nearby, while central Gdańsk is just a few minutes away by car.

For guests from outside the city, it is not only the distance that matters, but also the option to stay overnight after the event. A venue by the beach also offers space for a walk between the evening’s activities. Friendly service and short distances make a greater difference at celebrations than décor.
How much does venue hire cost? Pricing and booking
We calculate the venue hire and event organisation costs individually, as they depend on the number of guests, menu, date and additional services. The available occasion menus are: served dinner from PLN 239 per person, dinner with dessert from PLN 264 per person, or dinner with snacks and a sweet buffet from PLN 350 per person. Children up to 3 eat free, while children aged 3–12 pay 50% of the selected menu price. After speaking with an event manager, we prepare an offer in one or several options.

Weekend, May and First Communion dates are booked first, so contacting us early gives you more choice. Availability is much greater on weekdays and outside the season.
Questions about organising celebrations
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The capacity depends on the room selected and table arrangement, so we confirm it individually when booking. The buffet layout accommodates the most guests. For larger events, we recommend the Royal Hall, our largest room.
Can we organise an event with our own catering?
The property’s kitchen prepares the menu, so external catering is not needed. We agree the menu, serving style and special diets in advance. An occasion cake can be ordered with the menu.
Can guests stay overnight?
Yes, the property has rooms and suites, and it is best to book accommodation together with the venue. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7:00 to 10:30. Guests also have access to the pool and wellness area.

Can part of the event be held in the garden?
Yes, in summer and good weather, the garden can be used to welcome guests, make a toast and hold an informal part of the event. Meals are served indoors, protecting the celebration from changing weather. The beach is 100 metres away.
