General terms and conditions for booking hotel rooms and other hotel services for clients. This document regulates the rules for making reservations, canceling reservations, payment for reservations, and the validity of reservations.

METHOD OF MAKING A RESERVATION
Stay reservations can be made by:
A necessary condition for making a reservation is the payment of a deposit (transfer / cash / card) within three working days from the reservation date, in the amounts as follows:

The reservation will not be effective if the deposit is not paid within the specified deadline.
FEES FOR STAY
Please be informed that according to the Prawdzic Resort&Wellness Regulations, the fee for the stay will be charged upon check-in. The pricing of the booked accommodation services is according to the resort's Price List valid on the reservation date.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
Cancellation of the reservation is not possible; the reservation is non-refundable.
The reservation can be rescheduled once if the guest requests it up to 20 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, date changes are not possible.
Rescheduling is possible only for a valid reason and up to a maximum of 2 months from the original reservation date.

Prawdzic Resort&Wellness Regulations
By providing the instruction pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we provide you with key information about the processing of your personal data.
The administrator of your personal data is “POMORZANIN” Sp. z o.o. – Operator of Prawdzic Resort&Conference, located at 80-341 Gdańsk, Piastowska Street 198
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the contract you concluded with the Administrator regarding the resort (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Regardless of this basis, data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator – i.e., for tax and accounting purposes (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and also necessary for the purposes of the Administrator’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – in particular to obtain claims related to the conducted business activities.
Recipients of your data are IT service providers, companies providing support and operation of the Administrator’s IT tools and systems (e.g. software maintenance), professional advisors (e.g. law firms), companies providing accounting services to the Administrator, companies providing audit services (e.g. independent auditors).
The Administrator may process the following categories of your personal data for the purposes described above:
Providing your data is not compulsory but is a necessary condition for concluding the contract. Your personal data will be processed for the period required to properly service the contract you concluded, establish, pursue, or defend the Administrator’s claims, archive data as required by law, unless the law requires the Administrator to process this data for a longer period (e.g., accounting or tax regulations). In any case, the longer processing period of your data applies.
You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification, and in cases provided by GDPR, the right to erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates data protection laws (in particular GDPR).
Your data will not be transferred by the Administrator to a recipient in a third country or international organization.
